This balanced blend consists of certified organic, shade grown, and fairly traded coffees from Indonesia, Central & South America, and Africa. The blend is carefully roasted to a medium dark level bringing out the desired characteristics of each origin. The resulting cup is a rich & robust flavor with a smooth finish that's good any time of the day.

This blend was created specifically for use in an espresso maker. We used our quadruple certified Arabica beans from Mexico and Nicaragua to create a shot that tastes rich & bold with a syrupy sweetness. Then we added a splash of washed Guatemala Robusta for an added boost of caffeine and to create an awesome layer of crema. The blend is carefully roasted to a medium level bringing out the desired characteristics for a delicious shot of espresso.
